What does the cleaning cost?
It depends on the floor area, the condition and how much we take on. The binding price follows the free survey, because an empty new-build and a heavily used kitchen are not the same job. You know the price before the work, not after.
Will you clean to a standard that gets my deposit back?
That is the standard we work to. Send us the handover report or the landlord list and we set the scope against it exactly. If the landlord objects to something that was in our scope, we come back and fix it at no charge.
How long does an end-of-tenancy clean take?
An empty two-room flat is usually half a day to a day, and larger or heavily soiled properties one to two days. We schedule it so there is still a buffer between the clean and the handover.
Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, everything. Machines, products, ladders, and water if needed. You supply nothing and buy nothing. If the property has no power or water left, tell us beforehand and we come equipped for that.
Can you do clearance and cleaning together?
Yes, and it is usually cheaper. We clear, strip out and clean in the same run. One contact, one invoice, and no gap between two firms where the handover date falls apart.
