FAQ
What does a transport cost?
The price comes from the distance, how much there is, the floor, and whether we carry as well. Tell us what goes from where to where and you get a fixed price. No per-kilometre estimate that looks different at the end.
Do I have to help carry?
Only if you want to. In the Basic package we drive and you load, which is the cheapest option. From Standard our carriers come along and take it up and down. Say so in advance, because it decides how many people we plan for.
Will you take just one piece of furniture?
Yes. A sofa, a wardrobe, a washing machine or a classifieds purchase are ordinary jobs. If the route fits a run we are making anyway it goes as a part load and becomes considerably cheaper.
Is the load insured?
Yes, for the whole journey. We secure and strap the load in the vehicle, and fragile pieces are wrapped beforehand. Damage is recorded on the day with a photo and settled directly with you.
How quickly can you drive?
In the Rhine-Main area often the same or the next day. For Europe-wide routes we plan by route, and that is where a part load pays off, because you share the journey with other jobs.
