What does a facility service cost per month?
It depends on the size of the property, the number of units, the outdoor areas and how often we attend. We assess the property free of charge and then give a fixed monthly price. No blind flat rate, and no extra charges for work already in the contract.
Do you handle winter service, and who is liable if someone slips?
We clear and grit to the local by-law and log every callout with a timestamp. The duty of care sits with the owner but can be transferred to us by contract. That is exactly when you need our documentation if anything is disputed, so it is included at no extra cost.
How fast are you there when something breaks?
In the Rhine-Main area, usually the same or the next working day. For a water leak, failed stairwell lighting or a broken front door we come immediately, because those are safety issues.
Are we tied into a yearly contract?
No. We work to three months notice to the end of a quarter. Anyone doing good work does not need a minimum term to keep clients.
Do we get a named contact, or does the staff change?
You get one named person for your property, with a mobile number. We use our own crew, not rotating subcontractors, so within two weeks that person knows your building better than any handover list.
