Delivery runs over a global content delivery network, which can involve a transfer to the United States. The legal basis for using the service is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating this website securely, quickly and reliably.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide in order to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
We delete this data once it is no longer needed for that purpose, subject to statutory retention periods under commercial and tax law.
5. The quote form
The form on the quote page does not send your entries to our server and does not store them on this website. It assembles a message from your entries entirely within your own browser and hands that message to WhatsApp. Your data only reaches us once you press send there yourself.
6. WhatsApp
We offer contact via WhatsApp. If you click a WhatsApp link on this website you are taken to WhatsApp and data is transmitted to WhatsApp Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms. We have no influence over that processing. This is a plain link: no WhatsApp scripts are embedded in this website, so nothing is transmitted unless you click.
The legal basis for communicating over WhatsApp is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, your consent, given by actively choosing that channel. If you would rather not use it, phone and email reach us equally well. Please do not send us special categories of personal data under Art. 9 GDPR via WhatsApp.
7. No cookies, no tracking
