What does a clearance cost?
The price depends on area, how full the property is, the floor, lift access and the volume for disposal. That is why we look at it free of charge instead of guessing on the phone. You then get a fixed price including disposal, not a base price plus open-ended disposal costs.
What happens to things that are still usable?
Usable furniture, appliances or collectables are offset against the job, and that appears openly in the quote. If you want to keep specific items, mark them or tell us beforehand and they stay where they are.
Do I have to be there on the day?
No. Many clients do not live in Frankfurt. We collect the key from the property manager, a neighbour or a key safe and document the clearance with photos before and after.
How quickly can you clear?
In the Rhine-Main area, often within a few days. An average flat is empty in a day, and we plan larger properties across two to three days. If you have a fixed handover date, tell us that first and we plan backwards from it.
Do you take fridges, electrical appliances and paint?
Yes. Large appliances, fridges and freezers, mattresses, old tyres and leftover paint and varnish cannot go in bulky waste and have to be separated. We handle that through licensed facilities and give you the certificates.
