FAQ
What does a move in Frankfurt cost?
The price depends on volume, floor, lift, distance and how much you want us to handle. After the free survey on site or over video you get a fixed price. What is in the quote is what is on the invoice, as long as the scope does not change.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Your belongings are insured in transit. We record any damage on the day itself with a photo and settle it directly with you. For particularly valuable single items such as a piano, artwork or antiques we agree the cover beforehand, so there is no argument if something happens.
Do you arrange the parking restriction zone?
Yes, on request we apply for the no-parking zone at both addresses and put the signs up in time. Without it the van can end up 80 metres away, and that adds hours to the move which you pay for.
How many people come on the day?
The Basic package brings one driver with the van, and you do the loading and unloading yourself. From Standard we size the team to the volume, the floor and the lift, so the job runs through in one day. How many people we plan for is in the quote, before you agree to it.
How soon can you take on a move?
In the Rhine-Main area, often within a few days. Month-end, Fridays and the summer months fill up, so ask two to three weeks ahead for those. Ask anyway, short-notice gaps come up constantly.
